Catherine Mizen, MSN, ARNP

Catherine is the medical director and founder of Fidalgo Island Walk-In Clinic. Originally graduating from Skagit Valley College in 1995 and receiving her RN license, Catherine went on to earn her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. In 2000, she graduated with her Master’s in Nursing Science from Seattle Pacific University.  She spent many years of her practice working with the Swinomish Tribal Community in their reservation clinic. 

A resident of Anacortes since 1985, Catherine feels blessed to live and work in her home town.  When not at the clinic, she spends her time with her family.  She enjoys music,
reading, camping, boating, and skiing.



Kathi Gunn, ARNP

Kathi has been an NP for over 30 years in both primary care, urgent care and emergency care experience. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Kathi worked in neonatal intensive care and mountain medical clinics during ski seasons.  Her range of experience is as vast as her years of training, from the plains of Texas to remote Alaskan villages.  She most recently has spent time in central Washington working with Native Americans on tribal clinics prior to joining Fidalgo Island Walk-In Clinic.

 Colleen Worth, MSN, ARNP


Colleen hails from a military background.  Born in Santa Ana, California, she began her medical career as a hospital corpsman/paramedic in Jacksonville Florida for the US Navy in 1998.  She completed her BSN from University of North Florida in 2003.  She worked as an ER nurse for several years while completing her Master's of Nursing Science in 2008.  It was at this time she became certified to work as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Colleen's broad emergency medicine background and her family medicine training makes her an ideal urgent care provider.  When not at work, Colleen enjoys camping, water sports, and spending time with her family
